Dear Parents
We are excited to launch our very first STEM newsletter. I am proud of our students and staff as they explore hands-on STEM-based learning activities and apply them to real-world scenarios. Our students are learning the 21st- century skills needed to become problem solvers and critical thinkers, we encourage creativity, and our student’s leadership skills are developed and encouraged. We provide our students with opportunities to build valuable skill sets that will support them to be successful and innovative. We are very proud of our new STEM room, which is equipped with the necessary resources for our students to learn programming skills and apply their knowledge. We are using programs such as UBITECH and Makeblock to develop these skills.
