The KinderWorld Education Governance Model is designed to support educational objectives by making effective use of resources and giving a voice to all school constituents in deciding the direction and planning of KinderWorld International Group.

Each governance tier is comprised of highly qualified professionals chosen for their knowledge and experience in a variety of educational settings. The governance tiers include:
The Educational Governing Council, Country Council and the Schools’ Board.

In partnership, these tiers of professionals provide advice and assistance to the Board of Management, in determining sound decisions and the educational direction for all KinderWorld schools in Vietnam.
