On Monday 21^st of March Year 3L, 4A, 4L & 5L students visited Pegasus International College to learn how to make a chocolate Easter Egg Basket. The aim of this enrichment programme was to provide students with knowledge and hands-on experience on what goes into the making of special and meaningful foods and sweets for one of the most important holidays amongst people of the Christian Faith. Students worked as a team to learn about the fine art of making chocolate. Our students had a fun time participating in this programme whilst enjoying eating their Easter Eggs!
