Chương trình Giáo dục ngoài trời
Outward Bound là tổ chức giáo dục ngoài trời quốc tế với hơn 75 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng lãnh đạo trên toàn thế giới. Hằng năm, tổ chức mang đến các chương trình giáo dục trải nghiệm cho hơn 250.000 học viên tại hơn 30 quốc gia.
Outward Bound Việt Nam (OBV) là tổ chức duy nhất tại Việt Nam được Outward Bound Quốc tế cấp phép hoạt động và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo kỹ năng sống Outward Bound kể từ tháng 11 năm 2016. OBV là một trong những đơn vị tiên phong trong lĩnh vực giáo dục kỹ năng sống, trải nghiệm thông qua các hoạt động khám phá và thử thách ngoài trời tại Việt Nam.
Trường Quốc tế Singapore (SIS) tự hào tích hợp Chương trình OBV vào chương trình giáo dục dành cho học sinh từ Lớp 4 trở lên, nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển toàn diện của học sinh. Thông qua việc tham gia các hoạt động thể chất mang tính thử thách, các em học sinh sẽ nâng cao kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, học cách phối hợp và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, đồng thời biết tôn trọng sự khác biệt về nhu cầu, phong cách học tập và nền tảng văn hóa của từng thành viên trong nhóm. Chương trình OBV góp phần rèn luyện tính tự lập, tinh thần trách nhiệm, ý thức chịu trách nhiệm đối với hành động của bản thân, đồng thời giúp học sinh nâng cao sự tự tin và phát triển tố chất lãnh đạo. Trong suốt chương trình, học sinh sẽ tham gia nhiều hoạt động xây dựng tinh thần đồng đội dưới sự hướng dẫn và giám sát của đội ngũ huấn luyện viên OBV được đào tạo bài bản cùng cán bộ, giáo viên Trường Quốc tế Singapore.

STUDY TOURS TO MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE
Study Tours are part of the extra-curricular programme provided at Singapore International School. These tours are organised annually during the July vacation for Year 4, 5 and 6 students.

IMMERSION PROGRAMME IN USA
The one month programme (from July to August) is designed to allow students from IGCSE 1 upwards an opportunity to study and experience University life in the United States, and to earn academic credit from Elmhurst University (formerly Elmhurst College) – an University that is recognized for its excellence in Business, Education and Nursing programme and in Career Development by Colleges of Distinction for Year 2020 – 2021.
The immersion programme in United States offers a rich, intensive academic and cultural experience. Students will study International Business at a campus with 48-acre arboretum and classic red-brick buildings at Elmhurst, Illinois – a vibrant suburb just 30-minute train ride from Chicago, one of the world’s best cities.
The immersion programme at Elmhurst University consists of an academic component and a co-curricular activities component. Students can look forward to a holistic learning experience that strengthen their English language proficiency, enhance their personal development and encounter a different way of life.
Elmhurst University also offers scholarships to students who participate in their Scholarship Competitions that are meant for students who work hard and demonstrate outstanding values.
